PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO CONVENTION. Individuals registered for the 2009 Annual Convention, but unable to attend, may send an alternate. Notify NJADONA with the name of your substitution in advance by fax or mail. Registered no shows will be charged the full registration fee. Onsite registration must be paid in full at time of registration by Check, Master Card, Visa or cash. NO EXCEPTIONS.
